Nicole Tweedly graduated Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction majoring in Accounting) in 2009, and was admitted to legal practice in 2010.

During her 13 years as a legal practitioner Nicole has worked as a generalist lawyer, most of that time spent working for her mentor Michael Benjamin. She has a special interest in succession law (estate planning, estate administration and litigation).

She has a broad range of experience in wills and estates, commercial and retail leasing, sale and purchase of small business, retirement living and conveyancing/property law.
